The customer file is the place to store everything you need to know about a customer. It is also the recommended portal through which you can find almost everything you need to know about, for example, a customer's quotes, jobs, despatch details, invoices and outstanding accounts.

The Customer file window is the recommended first stop, when opening Printcost.

About Customer Records

Printcost's customer file can hold a customer record for each of your customers and if relevant, a separate record for each of a customer's departments or branches. The information that a record may hold includes:

This ensures that information about the customer is stored and maintained centrally within Printcost, allowing it to be and can be reused time and time again without the errors inherent in manually gathering and re-entering, for example, customer contact details, every time you need to create a quote or invoice.
